This is a quilt my husband designed and helped make for a donation to the Lone Star State Dulcimer festival.
A friend of my husband wanted a memory quilt for his wife. He supplied me with a jacket and some T shirts from his kids & grand kids and said he wanted a Crazy Quilt. His wife's favorite colrs are purple and maroon....
so this is what I made:
I used preprinted labels on the blocks that had the shirts so each child could sign that block. The labels also helped me choose the rest of the colors for the quilt. I tied it with ribbons through decorative buttons.
